Hartelijk dank dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaringen te delen. 😊  We zijn erg blij dat u een fijne vakantie heeft gehad en dat u genoten heeft van uw Ottelo-vakantiehuis. We willen u erop wijzen dat het restaurant en de verschillende eetgelegenheden door onafhankelijke exploitanten worden gerund. Er is echter een nieuwe exploitant aangesteld en er zijn al verbeteringen doorgevoerd. Nogmaals bedankt voor uw complimenten en uw constructieve opmerkingen.  We hopen u weer te mogen verwelkomen op het Domaine de l'Orée!☀️

We also understand your comment about the shows being primarily in French; we’ll pass it on to our entertainment team. Please note that the restaurant and the various dining options are operated by an independent management company. However, a new management team is now in place, and improvements are already underway. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back!  😊

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback and for your compliments about the park, our staff—especially the front desk—and our gift shop 😊   We’ve taken your comments regarding the mosquito nets, umbrellas, and the layout of the cabins into careful consideration.   As for the restaurant, it is managed by an independent contractor. We’ve since switched contractors, and the feedback we’re receiving now is much better. We therefore hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back so you can see this improvement for yourself.   See you soon at our park! 🌞

Concernant le bar et le restaurant, ceux-ci sont exploités par un gérant indépendant du camping, avec sa propre organisation et son propre personnel. Nous lui transmettrons vos remarques afin qu’il puisse en prendre connaissance.  La qualité du wifi peut malheureusement varier en fonction de l’environnement et de la couverture disponible sur le site.  Enfin, notre camping accueille principalement des familles et certaines animations sont donc particulièrement orientées vers les enfants, tout en proposant également des activités et spectacles destinés à un public plus large. Merci encore pour votre retour, qui nous permet d’identifier les points sur lesquels nous pouvons continuer à progresser. 🌿

Concernant le restaurant et le bar, ceux-ci sont exploités par un gérant indépendant du camping, avec sa propre organisation et son propre personnel. Nos animateurs font leur maximum pour traduire et expliquer les activités en anglais, afin que chacun puisse participer et profiter pleinement de son séjour. Nous prenons néanmoins vos remarques au sérieux et vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de vos suggestions. 🌿

Regarding the bar, we would like to clarify that the restaurant and bar are managed by an independent operator. We are sorry if you felt unwelcome when ordering a drink.
